Anna Sommer in BC!

Do you live in BC? Do you want to meet the highly talented Anna Sommer (The Unknown)? If so, October is your month. Thanks to the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival, this renowned Swiss comic artist will be making four separate stops in British Columbia, including:

October 25: Signing and talk at Lucky’s Comics (with Marc Fournier)

October 26: Portraits découpés workshop at Roundhouse Community Centre

October 27: Portraits découpés workshop at University of Victoria 

October 28: Live Q&A at Legends Comics and Books

About Anna Sommer

Anna Sommer was born in Staffelbach in 1968. She lives in Zurich and works as a freelance comics artist and illustrator for, among other publications, NZZ Folio, Die Zeit, Libération and Strapazin. In 2006 she was awarded a year-long grant to draw comics by the city of Zurich.
