Spend an afternoon with Alison McCreesh as she launches her latest book THE SHORT YEARS and celebrate children’s great imaginations at the same time at Kids Are Funny, an event presented by the NWT Literacy Council 📚 🎂

Sunday, May 10th @ the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre Kids Are Funny kicks off at 2pm with an interactive activity for families, Inventing and Drawing a Funny Story Together. Then at 3pm it’s the family friendly launch for THE SHORT YEARS with McCreesh sharing a collection of comics that highlight the humour of parenting young children!

(Psssst! There’s also an adults-only book launch at The Top Knight in Yellowknife on Friday May 8th, 5pm to 8pm!)
